How Our Process Works
Step 1: Waste Intake and Preparation
Every facility begins with the local waste stream, which may include municipal trash, plastics, tires, coal, or other carbon-based feedstocks. Instead of burying waste in a landfill, we prepare and process it for energy production. This step immediately reduces the volume of material destined for the ground, cutting pollution and long-term environmental risk.
Step 2: Advanced Gasification
Using our advanced gasification technology, prepared waste is heated in a controlled environment, breaking it down into a clean, high-energy synthesis gas (syngas). This process is far more efficient than incineration and produces virtually no harmful emissions, making it a safe, sustainable alternative to traditional waste management.
Step 3: Fuel and Material Refinement
From syngas, we extract a range of high-value fuels and chemicals:
