Rocket Fuels
Next-generation rocket fuels are synthesized from carbon-based feedstocks rather than traditional petroleum. Our process produces pure synthetic hydrogen, methane, kerosene, and advanced high-ISP blends that deliver greater thrust with lower environmental impact. These fuels reduce engine wear, shorten turnaround times between launches, and support a cleaner, more efficient path for space exploration and defense.
Syngas, Hydrogen, and Carbon Black
A wide range of carbon-based feedstocks can be converted into valuable outputs that serve critical energy and industrial needs. Syngas provides a reliable source for heating and electrical generation, while hydrogen supports direct energy use, industrial applications, and the transition to next-generation clean fuels. We also produce carbon black, an essential compound widely used in manufacturing and materials. From discarded railroad ties and telephone poles to cleared undergrowth and other woody waste, a wide range of feedstocks can be efficiently converted into high-demand products. Pure Syn Fuels
Rivera Energy Solutions produces a full suite of pure synthetic fuels that match the needs of modern transportation. Our offerings include diesel for commercial fleets and personal vehicles, aviation fuel for both commercial and private aircraft, gasoline for everyday transportation, and hydrogen for vehicles and aircraft of the future.
These fuels are created from waste feedstocks such as old tires, plastics of any grade, broken pallets, and other discarded carbon-based materials. Because they are chemically pure, they burn cleaner than traditional petroleum-based fuels, reducing pollution while delivering the same reliability and performance drivers and operators expect.
Graphene, Pure Paraffin Wax, and Ethanol
Advanced materials with wide commercial and industrial applications are produced through gasification. Graphene drives innovation in high-performance batteries and composites, while pure paraffin wax supports essential uses in cosmetic and medicinal products. Ethanol adds even greater value, serving as a key ingredient in antiseptics, antifreeze, and food preservation.

Butanol, Isobutene, Isoprene
Multi-use chemical products from the gasification process support industries across transportation, manufacturing, and consumer goods. Butanol provides the foundation for fuel blends and industrial materials such as rubber, solvents, and plastics, while isobutene is widely used in the production of tires, hoses, adhesives, and sealants. Isoprene contributes to synthetic rubber and also finds applications in flavorings and perfumes.
Our gasification process makes these valuable chemicals from virtually any carbon-based feedstock. Coal, in all four quality grades, can be converted efficiently, with higher grades requiring less input and lower grades requiring more. Beyond coal, the process can also recycle other carbon-rich materials, ensuring that waste becomes a steady source of high-demand industrial products.
